Simply select for item you like, then choose your size and quantity needed and
then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your Cart by clicking on the
‘Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the
items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to
checkout and place your order.
Once you have your selected items in your Cart, click ‘Checkout’. You will then
be brought forth to either sign in to your account, or enter contact details. Next,
choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit
vouchers that you may want to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete
payment. After the payment is completed, the confirmation email will be sent to
your registered email address containing the contents of your order!
We have a size guide for you to follow, but if you have specific questions about
an item that are not already mentioned in the detail section on send us an email
from our Contact section follow with your question.
We have 6 locations where you find our products all over Bali, go to google maps,
type in Crayonmono and see the store near you. We also do occasionally host Pop-
Up shops but mostly are in Bali. In order to know when and where you can stay up to
date through our email subscription and go stalk our social media pages to stay up
to date with our new collections, events and offers!
Surly can! CRAYONMONO SWIM is Bali based small business that was
born in Canggu, our favorite famous surfer’s town, any delivery will be
send from there via gosend/grab based on our order queue that day.

We have chosen our Crayonmono Swimwear fabric for it's perfect combination of
softness and resiliency. To keep your Crayonmono Swimwear suit in pristine
condition, please follow our care instructions listed in every package/order on how to
care for it..
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped in
this email it contains your tracking information. If you have not received a
shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder,
as it may have been received there.
For all orders within Indonesia, please allow 3-5 business days from the
date of shipment for your package to arrive. And more or less 5-7
business days for International shipping Business days do not include
weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame
excludes delays caused during international custom’s processing.

There are no exchanges available on sale items. All sale items are sold as

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped through regular post, POST INDONESIA with an
approximate delivery time of 2-3 business days Indonesia, 5 – 7 hari out Indonesia
After dispatch your order will arrive within 2-3 day indonesia, 5 – 7 days out of indonesia business days. Please note weekend days are not business days. Please allow 1-3 business day for processing of orders. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of dispatch.
After your parcel has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email
which includes tracking details. Simply click on the link provided to track your order.
Depends on the city or country you living
At times delays can occur which are outside Sommer Swim’s control, and which
we are not responsible for. If you have a delayed parcel please reach out to the
shipping carrier initially with your tracking number as they will have the most up
to date information. Following this the customer care team can assist with any
unanswered questions.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
We accept bikinis purchased from our website in new condition with tags and
liners still in tact. Return shipping is at customer expense. You have 14 days
from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for store credit.
Send us an email regarding the reason of the returns, then we will send you a
confirmation with the details of your processed return. We will refund your fund
back after we have received our product/s with the conditions we mentioned
above within the time period. Please note sale items are final sale are not eligible
for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we
do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.
We process all Indonesian returns within 3 business days of
receiving your items, and within 7 business days for International
returns.
We will send you an email with the details of your processed
return.
Please email us if you believe your product is damaged or faulty.
We will treat this with the highest of priority.
International customers (outside of indonesian) are required to pay
for their return shipping costs.
If you decide to exchange items with the other items but with same
amount, that possible but also Refunds are offered on all full priced orders.
Items marked as final sale, Free gifts or promotional items with retail value, Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a code, Items that have been worn or are soiled/stained.
Refunds are offered on all full priced orders.
Depending on your payment method the funds may take 7-14 hari
business days to clear back into your account after we get the return items.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
used to place the order. If you have used a combination of Gift
Card,
Credit Card, PayPal, then your Gift Card will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
